Alicia is a business and tax attorney who focuses her practice in business transactions and estate planning. She enjoys working with her clients to help them reach their planning goals.
Alicia graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in finance. She obtained her J.D. and her LL.M. in taxation from the University of Denver. Alicia was inducted into the Order of Saint Ives for graduating in the upper 10% of her law class, received the Sturm College of Law Scholarship, Schramm Scholarship, Graduate Tax Program Scholarship, and the Colorado Bar Association Section of Taxation Scholarship.
After graduating, Alicia acted as the Assistant Director of the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic while teaching Research and Writing, Estate and Gift Taxation, and Property Transactions in the Graduate Tax Program. She subsequently worked as an attorney at boutique business and estate planning law firms and in-house as Assistant General Counsel at Air Methods Corporation, one of the largest emergency air medical service providers in the United States.
